About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics practice in Vancouver. You will design and build data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics infrastructure for enterprise clients across various industries. Working with modern data stack technologies, you will help organizations unlock the value of their data assets.
You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and secure. Projects range from building real-time streaming pipelines to modernizing legacy data warehouses to cloud-native architectures.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Spark or similar distributed processing frameworks
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and frameworks (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran)
- Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
- Understanding of Canadian data privacy regulations (PIPEDA)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD for data pipelines
