About the Role
Join our Cloud & Infrastructure team as a DevOps Engineer, where you will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and implement site reliability engineering practices for enterprise clients. You will work with a variety of Canadian organizations to improve their software delivery velocity and operational reliability.
In this role, you will champion DevOps best practices, implement monitoring and observability solutions, and help clients adopt modern deployment strategies including blue-green deployments, canary releases, and GitOps workflows.

Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
- Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)
- Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) is an asset
- Understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps principles
