Healthcare IT Consultant

Join our growing Healthcare IT practice to help Canadian health organizations modernize their clinical systems and improve patient outcomes through technology. You will work directly with hospitals, regional health networks, and provincial health authorities to implement EHR/EMR systems, health information exchanges, and telehealth platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of Canadian healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and health informatics standards. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, implementation oversight, and post-deployment optimization.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT consulting or clinical informatics
• Experience with EHR/EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, MEDITECH)
• Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, and health data interoperability standards
• Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations (PHIPA, provincial health privacy acts)
• Familiarity with Canada Health Infoway standards and Ontario Health Teams framework
• Experience with telehealth/virtual care platform implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
